My skin is so dehydrated with lot of exfoliation with bhas and tretenion ... It is like orange peel texture with slight large and small open pores... How to solve this issue with any creams or medical procedures

Hi My daughter have this from last 3,4  days on finger of her right hand.. initially it was painful raised and reddish in colour..after 1 day pain disappeared and becomes flat and purplish in color..she have a habit of nail biting.. what's it is? It's been a year i have been facing hairfall. Every time i wash my hair I could see plenty of hairs on my hand. I also have a dandruff problem.
