Considerable Hair Thinning from crown

Hi, I am having extreme hair thinning on the head and my scalp is clearly visible. The crown shape has been taken and I need medications to solve my problem and regrow the hair. I have attached my photograph too from back and top. Please provide some medications. I need to grow my hair fast.
