Few hair fall everyday but they never grow back. It's been happening since last 2-3 years. It has caused slow but steady hair thinning, to the point where scalp is clearly visible under light. What should I do? I don't have dandruff as well, though there are some scabs on the scalp which feel some time while itching. Is it due to my sedentary lifestyle? Will exercising help regrow my hair?

Hi Doctor, I am very fair and I have freckles over my face. mainly over cheeks and nose area. Aren't there any treatments available for it apart from the laser peel?? I am really afraid of laser peel and still, want to get rid of freckles. I have also read that the creams for freckles treatment generally contains HYDROQUINONE which may burn your skin if sensitive as it's a bleaching agent. Will you be able to suggest some alternative for remove my freckles/reduce them? Secondly, what would be the best sunscreen for me? I have normal skin(neither oily nor dry), although I sweat a lot during Summers.
