Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I am experiencing back acne problem from last 5 years. Please suggest me some medication or products to reduce it.

Hello please let me know is this due to fissure or chafting because i repeated get such marks at the same place it comes and goes . I apply aloe vera gel sometimes to avoid friction. And my stools are also soft as i am having stool softner but still the problem persists.

My dermatologist prescribed hydroquinone 4% as I had acne marks (PIH) . I used it for 2weeks, skin around the mark is lighter, it looks like small halo spot , soon after that I stopped using it. Will the skin come back to normal colour? Will halo spot go away ?

They say sunscreen lotion is important then will sunscreen lotion block the goodness that we get from sun like vitamin D and everything... Sun has lots of benefits, and the same time harmful rays, so i want the benefits only at the same time protection from harmful rays... Will the sunscreen lotion meet the needs... Kindly reply

I'm 18. And From past few months I'm feeling like my hairs are recidinig from the 2 ends in kind of a V-shape , also it's summer going on but still I am facing the problem of dandruff and itchiness on my hair scalp. Using tretinoin and glyco 6 cream under the guidance . It's a month now.of using. Does it cause redness and itching and irritation all over the face ? Is it normal ? Is it getting better so it's causing that way ?

My vitamin B12 is 1300. I have been taking SM fibro daily for 1 month due to burning sensation in mouth. I am feeling better in mouth. Is this the reason for high vitamin b12 level? All other lipid profile is fine.
