Hello I've been having deep acne on the chin since 2 months tried a lot of topicals they didnt help now I am trying Minoz 100 . Does this help ? And how long does it take to show some results

I get dark circles while using latisse.But i want to continue using it on eyebrows .Is there a way that i can continue using it and get rid of dark circles? I don't want to stop using it

My dermat has inc my minoxidil dose as after 10 does I am asked to stop the use. But my hair fall has increased. Does increase in mioxidil dose increase hair fall?
