Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Hello Dr. I'm getting Pimples & acne for the past few days due to which face has become dull.  Having little constipation & late Dinners due to some reason. So any ointment advised or first constipation has to be sorted out. Secondly I wish to clear a doubt about the Body Lotions available in the market. Is it safe to use the body lotion on the face alongwith the body or there should be a separate face cream ?

As I'm using Thrive hair serum and shampoo Is it a good product And it's been one month of use Sometime I feel there is hair fall like 20 to 25 after wash Can u please suggest me how to control.
