My son has been suffering from skin allergy since last three days. Yesterday I consulted paediatric doctor. He prescribed citrozen syrup 2ml 2times and cefixim 100mg Tab two times. But it's not heal. Pls give information of food diet

My mother has several red itchy spots and few bumps on her skin all over her body. These spots have been showing up in various parts of body since the last few days and have been causing heavy itching and discomfort. The local doctor said this is a fungal infection that has now entered her bloodline and prescribed some medicines for same. Is this diagnosis correct? How manageable is this condition? Is this is a serious issue?

Is it safe to use the body lotion on the face alongwith the body or there should be a separate face cream ?
