Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I am facing severe hairfall.and acne since last few months. I was affected with covid . Post that I have been facing hair fall. Since last few months am getting acne on my face. I have pcos. I am almost loosing 200 to 300 hair per day.

From past 2-3 years, i am experiencing a change in my face prominently like losing elasticity,fine lines and blemishes. I tried products available in the market like .2% retinol, vit c and peptides.. but not helping much. How can I slow my aging process. I prefer eating home cooked food and all the veggies. I have oily skin so can't apply too many creams/gels. Do I need to visit a doc to get the right teatment?

It's been a week n my entire groin area n scrotum have gone through itching n redness all around . It's now dried up n gone but now a rash kinds is on the scrotum .rest is better .I'm putting soframycin nd absorb powder.its better but still the rash is there .pls advice

My left leg has cellulitis as per my general physician and taking faronem300 , linid 600 and lysoflame since 18 days . But only redness recreased my wound has become 5-6 inch . Earlier yellow pus was releasing now red blood releasing at the time of dressing . Pain is only less when taking lysoflame tab . please suggest when this wound be dry and my pain will go away.
