Noticed that amount of hairs on scalp is decreasing and it just keeps getting bad. My scalp is easily visible amd its giving me stress which is also bad for hairfall. I dont wanna go with minoxidil or any medical treatment for now because i wanna try something else first. Is there any other way to stop it and regrow my lost hair back.

This condition is called androgenic alopecia, male-pattern baldness and female-pattern baldness. It usually occurs gradually and in predictable patterns — a receding hairline and bald spots in men and thinning hair along the crown of the scalp in women. The cause for this is hormonal effect resulting in thinning of the hair. This can be treated with medication. Please contact me via the online consult option for proper treatment advice
Appears like you are having early stage of baldness. If so, minoxidil is the best treatment of choice. Otherwise the usual pattern is it progresses, though slowly. All other available methods may work in some, may not in others.
