I'm haveing very itching and inflamed skin with very dry It is about 2 years Is there any cure or life long I have to die with this disease??

I have acne prone skin but currently I don't have any acne as I already completed my treatment for the same. I use waterproof sunblock so please suggest some cleansing oil/ balm to double cleanse my skin which is suitable for my acne prone skin.
