Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

My skin is tanned since I used to go for assembly from my childhood days. Now my skin is around 4-5 shades darker than my body covered with clothes. I have dry skin and it's tanned from many years. Can I use dermadew skin lightening cream to get rid of it and completely match my face tone with body tone. How to use it so I don't get any side effects and to see the results.

I am noticing 2 red dry patches on my thigh and back. No itching. Sharing picture of affected area. Is this any fungal infection? Please suggest some medicine.

I have strong inflammation or ulcer on scrotum at start it was on one place but it is increased to 2-3 areas of scrotum. First the skin get whitish and then the skin gets removed and water falls from it and also there show some red rashes on thighs. It is painfull can any doctor please suggest me a medicine as it gets unbearable while walking. I am attaching images of my ulcer. Thanks

Dear sir/madam, i am dilip from Coimbatore. I am 100 kg of weight and 160cm of height. I don't have any blood pressure or blood sugar. I don't have any underlying condition except urticaria and dermatographism. my body starts itching with in 20 mins after food. Especially my foot and palm is itching more. So i take Allegra tablet 120mg. After taking Allegra, my itching settles down. also i would like to inform you that i had cold last 10 days. I surprisingly found that that even after taking food, i am not getting itching. I am really surprised and unable to find the answer. Can you tell me why I didn't get itching after taking food when I was suffering from cold.?

Hey doctor i am taking ciplar la (its a propranolol) for anxiety after doctor prescribed me. And i went to dermatologist he prescribed me fta abs test and told you can take the test as there is no correlation between the medicine and the test. So just needed the second opinion Please reply as soon as possible as i have a day off tomorrow. Please answer it if you can otherwise don't. Swelling and itching on the near eye lashes on the left eye which is apparent from the photo . Some affect is also started taking in the right eye too
