Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

After having shower my skin gets itchy even after wiping out which is in unbearable. It feels like someone is pricking me needles. Even after after apply lotion/moisturizer it hurts alot. It last for 10 to 15 mins which is very painful. Nowadays i feels itchy skin (hand, back, leag) before sleep also. I have cats. Do it cause by animals? What will be the actual reason? Which lotion should i apply? Suggest a suitable soap/body wash.

As i shown in the picture i have small cracks in growin area and in back side of body... No pains and no itching... But small scaly marks like cracks are visible...is it because of any vitamin defficiency or any desease???... Plz reply

I have strong inflammation or ulcer on scrotum at start it was on one place but it is increased to 2-3 areas of scrotum. First the skin get whitish and then the skin gets removed and water falls from it and also there show some red rashes on thighs.
