I'm using Tinfal tropical solution 60ml Minoxidil 5℅ from 1month continously 3times a day. On my scalp and beard area for better dark and fine hairline and beard lines. And this is working so well. I want to ask, should I continue this routine or I can stop when I get my results?

2 yrs ago I hav encountered a serious hairfall issue , contacted a dermatologist that time in my city , hairfall got controlled with revilus shampoo and minoxidil topical solution and a biotin tablet.  Then after 3 months I stopped coz covid arrived and didn't got the appointment Again with the coming winters I m feeling the same thing - hairfall and hair thinning also a little dandruff. Kindly suggest some medications ( I hav previously used some as described above)
