29 years  female noticed white patches on the skin initially it was on one place on face now it is on the other side also..worried exactly what it is and about the treatments available for the same. I ve vitamin b12 deficiency too is it because of that or anything else

I have been experiencing hair line issues since many years, I kept ignoring but now I have to get treatment before things get worsened. My hair are long but from few weeks I have observed hair get thin and break easily. Also baby hair grow but fall after some time. Im maintaining my diet as well take 1 spoon of bhring raj powder eat dry fruits in the morning. Do exercise daily. Also No medical issues, no allergies, not from inheritance, good growth of nails. Perform so many DIYs at home rice water and onion.Tried everything almost. Not getting any results.
