Hi Doctors, my son is 4 years old, he had developed a mole kind of soot on his left, we noticed it when he was around 2 years old, I feel it has grown a bit more than what it used to look. It is brown in colour. I am attaching picture for reference. Could you please let me know if it's mole or something else to worry about thank you in advance.

For a long time , when I scratch my hair with nail , I could see white wax like sebum/dandruff (like oily white paste) and some years before when consulted a dermatologist he suggested Sebowash. When I wash my hair with Sebowash , I could see no itching and hair is strong and less white sebum. But after not washing hair for 2-3 days and when I go outside in bike , the scalp is oily , more sebum, bit itching , hair falls more. What should I do?
