I got a single skin bump at 10pm. It wasn't very itchy but it disappeared in the next morning. There was no marking left by it. Was it a mosquito bite or a hive?

I am getting random single bump on the skin. It first showed on the left arm, then after 7-8 days it appeared on right arm, then 10-15 days after it appeared again on left arm and then 10-15 date after it appeared on right arm. The common characteristics is it itch for very small time and it disappears suddenly without any mark. Could it be mosquito bites or even hive can occur as single bump?

Hlo I have acne .. I have consulted a doctor, she give me doxycycline 100 and benzoyl peroxide gel and clear gel and azaac soap. After 2 days my face turned red.. the areas where I applied the gel becomes red.. so I stopped the both gel... but its been more than 2 days .. the reddness still persist.. my marriage is on Jan 5th.. what to do
