I got a single skin bump at 10pm. It wasn't very itchy but it disappeared in the next morning. There was no marking left by it. Was it a mosquito bite or a hive?

I am getting random single bump on the skin. It first showed on the left arm, then after 7-8 days it appeared on right arm, then 10-15 days after it appeared again on left arm and then 10-15 date after it appeared on right arm. The common characteristics is it itch for very small time and it disappears suddenly without any mark. Could it be mosquito bites or even hive can occur as single bump?

Can anyone explain this clearly as I am in confusion about usage. Doctor explained clearly but I am little confused
