I am using SETWET hair gel from last 12 years and I don't use oil or serum , after that i regular use hair straightning cream to straight my hair regularly in 4-5 months....and daily while bathing i use shampoo and conditioner. PLZ HELP ME Recently from 5 months I started gym i use health supplements 1- Whey protein 2- Creatine 3- Glutamine 4- Fish oil 5- Multivitamins 6- bcaa 7- citrulline & L-arginine So does this health supplements causing hair fall?
