Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I have been facing significant hair fall since a year or so. Recently it's been very severe. 1. While shampooing, I can see hair all over my hands. 2. When I wash off the shampoo, I there are so many hair going into the drain. 3. Similarly while drying with towel, the hair fall like anything and how much I dry, it won't stop falling. 4. Then when I comb, again the hair fall and also stick in the comb In the picture attached you can see the condition. Please help, I am so concerned and stressed about it.

Hello Doctor, I noticed a lot of hairs fall when I wash my hairs I also have dandruf issues. A lot of dandruf will come out if I scratch my head. I tried shaving my head once in a year it stops dandruf for few days and again the same situation. Any suggestion for medical treatment will be greatly appreciated. Thank you
