Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

My mom who is 50 years of age long back hurt her toe nails multiples times with various objects. Now, one of her nail is black and most of the nails have a powdered substance inside. One nail grows like a U shape from on the finger, as in it is not flat on the finger. Is there a way to treat it?

Hi I have rash on inner thigh which is little itchy. Blackish red in colour. Almost there for 10 days.

I have underarm boil from a month,this recurred after 4 months, it is not going away it is pus and little blood filled  and after pus cleared it is still not healing and underarm feel strech or tight sometime. I have not used any medication,applied soframycin cream since three days. Boil is at a place where it also gets irritation from clothes. Please suggest some medications to treat it.

Is this infection ? Is this due to Fungal? Ihave fungal infection between thighs from months. I'm using Fluconazole + itroconazole course from 3 weeks and it's getting better almost. I have burning urination and itching pain in urethra .Kindly see attached pictures.
