Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I am currently experiencing some spots and open pores on my face. I have combination skin ( oily in summers and dry in winters). I used to have very oily skin with cystic acne. Medication treated that problem. These days serums are popular. Which serum I should use , in what percentage? Please suggest.

Is it safe to use the body lotion on the face alongwith the body or there should be a separate face cream ?
