Hi, For last 8 years I'm facing the issue of heavy dead skin cells production in beard and other private areas. It has a very bad smell and the production is very high these days. Also feel itching as well. And there is no change in color of skin or no other evidence of infection outside. Skin looks normal only. I tried medicine after a doctor consultation on an assumption that it is just that the skin cell generation is huge. But it didn't work. Also tested for fungal infection, however the test results were negative. Can you please help?
