Dry/dead black scalp in head

Hi This issue is related to dry black scalps under the hair on my head. I have 4-5 dry black scalps on my head and it seems to be a dead skin. 60% of my hair lost I believe due to this. I shaved off my head few days back and these dry dead scalps in black color now visible clearly on my head. would you please recommend the some treatment/ solution. Thanks in Advance.
