Burning and red palms
My palms have been red since yesterday and this morning I woke up to a prickling, almost burning sensation in both hands, much like pins and needles. It is a little concerning because I haven't noticed any other changes, haven't had any diet changes or major lifestyle changes either. Is it just dry skin?

It can be some Allergic reaction to food or water, detergents, sanitizer..
Need to be treated correctly to prevent further discomfort
