Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I get dark circles while using latisse.But i want to continue using it on eyebrows .Is there a way that i can continue using it and get rid of dark circles? I don't want to stop using it

My dermat has inc my minoxidil dose as after 10 does I am asked to stop the use. But my hair fall has increased. Does increase in mioxidil dose increase hair fall?

I have a lot of skin tags on my face near about my eyes and some are on my neck and chest area. Is there any remedies for it?

I have un even skin tone, skin under sun exposure looks darker and un healthy dull. Whereas skin area which doesn't comes under direct exposure of Sun is quite fair. This visible difference is quite clear starting from my face to my neck to my hands all have different skin color. I am trying to avoid sun as much as possible in fact working from home..
