Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I have been having hair fall since 2 yrs now. It's androgenic alopecia most probably. I am also trying to conceive and consulted gynaecologist. Doctor prescribed lupigest drug. Till the time (2months) I was taking lupigest, my hair fall stopped and this happened twice. But why and how did this happen? I really want to know as need to stop my hair fall permanently.

What does this mean for my friend could you suggest some prescriptions Could it can prevent from the medication if yes pls tell
