Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I am having these acne on jaw line and sometimes in brow area .I have never had any issues of acne in past.I had a abortion in July 2022 and from past 3 months i am facing acne issues only in the specific area which is not going away with any tropical application of creams like Acnestar and home remedies like Fuller's earth and please let me know the what should be the course of action?

I am having white flakes like dandruff on my moustache & beard, could feel lot of roughness. Kindly advice for the solution.

Hello, I have a self-cut scar on my hand which is almost 10 years old scar. I visited 3 dermatologists they all suggested laser will not help with a 10-year-old scar. Only 40-50% will be effective but the scar will be still visible. So all of them suggested me for surgery plastic surgery. I again visited another 4th dermatologist and even he said (4th doctor) neither the laser nor the surgery will be fully effective. He said (4th doctor) that we can still do surgery as that will reduce the scar from 8mm to 1-2mm which I can conceal (for my future interviews). So he assured me that it will reduce puffiness, wrinkles on scars. But the whole scar will not disappear even if I go for surgery. So please suggest me if should I do it or not. What is the best option?
