Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I'm applying coconut oil from past 2 weeks on this extremely dry skin, the skin looked bleeding in past few months now its the better stage of not bleeding. The skin is rough and with texture Will it get better with time

Some part of my body suddenly starts itching and if I scratch it, boils form like shown in the photo. They eventually leave after some time. I tried to find if I have allergy from something but there is no common denominator. Also sometimes a part of my upper lips suddenly swells. Right now my right eye has swollen while I was sleeping... and I don't know why that happened.

My face has become dark, my rest of body has light colour but my has dark colour may be this is due more sun light exposure my skin is oily which sunscreen is best to use and which is  good skin lightning cream?

I am taking finasteride 1 mg from last 9 month and i did not get any side effects from it but suddenly i see acne on my forehead then i go off from finasteride. I dont have acne and have clear skin before taking finax 1 mg Is it due to finax 1 mg or any other reason.
