Hello From the past 3 - 4 days my face skin is becoming very dry and irritating. I am washing my face twice with herbal facewash. What should I apply on my face any cream or natural thing to cure dry skin

My dandruff never seems to go away and scalp feels oily even after the wash . Have tried nizoral and salista kt shampoo. Didn't see any difference. I oil my hair weekly. And wash them once a week. How to get healthy, dandruff free scalp and keep it that way? Is it ok to apply salicylic acid to scalp? If yes what should be the frequency ? And is wash needed after every application

Kindly suggest  medicated soap for both face and body use as I have sensitive skin . And I don't prefer scented one . As I suffer severe itching issue .

I had severe hairfall about 3 years back which gave me a kind of bald spot on the top of my head. The spot is not completely bald as it has very low quantity of hair but the scalp is clearly visible. I have been using minoxidil for 1.5 years now, along with finasteride (on and off). I also had 5 PRP sessions with one session a month. I still haven't witnessed any hair growth and right now I'm using minoxidil and finasteride regularly. I'm concerned if hair can actually regrow after this much time. And how longer should I want and keep using minoxidil. What other options do I have left now?
