Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I am getting a hair fall and dandruff issue for 3 months especially since I might be losing around 50-100 hair follicles while washing my hair with shampoo and around  30 -40 hair follicles normally. I have some grey hair with around 50-60 follicles as well which are there from 15 years My sleep schedule is 5-7 hours and fluctuating  and also my weight has been reduced from 64 to 57 in a year. I have had a sedentary lifestyle. For 3 months before that, I was having a pretty active lifestyle with a strict diet I mostly travel by train and on normal public transport In my day-to-day. Work routine I wash my hair with shampoo twice a week and daily I just have a water wash I oil my hair daily with coconut oil and once a week with onion oil all this began hair fall issues began in winter so is it normal?

Having acne problems which are very painful and leaving dark spots. It is taking more than 6 months to get of the dark spots. Kindly help with the problem
