Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Suffering from lips dryness black patches and swollen right part of upper lips for more than 2 weeks now.

Skin allergy has appeared on face and it is itching too... I've attached the image.. kindly advise what kind of allergy it is... appeared today morning

My upper lip area only small portion is quite dry and it's swollen for now 2 weeks. How to treat it I have applied vaseline but no result as such.

I recently got nose piercing done around 2 months back. when i changed my jewellery to a thin ring, it stretched down for some reason leaving a vertical scar behind. How can i get rid of scar? It's even longer than it looks in the picture.
