Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Since 1 week I have a pimple like bump on my cheek, I applied an ayurvedic cream on it for last 2 days now a brown patch has been created around it and it's painful while touching. Here by I am attaching the The picture of it . Please suggest what is it and what should I do ? 🙏 (Non smoker, non alcoholic )

Is curlzmoist hair moisturiser good for dry and frizzy hair? Or what about Bontress conditioner? Or Hair 4u conditioner? I've been wanting to add a hair moisturiser to my routine and can't seem to find a good one. Please suggest a good hair conditioner/ moisturiser, preferably from a pharmaceutical company. Thanks :)
