Lichen spinulosa treatment for facial skin I having this condition from last 1 year and it's not curing

My 5yr old son is having this patch on face , please tell me what is it and what should I use. He doesn't eat fruits. He eats only vegetables, is it a sun burn or any skin allergy

Can i take atarax 10 for long time ?.as my symptoms of demographic urticaria is not curing! If not thans suggest other antihistamine for long time use with minimum side-effects if required . i am taking atarax 10 daily at night and almost the symptoms are nil.but if dont take than symptoms come .

I have attached two pictures. One is in which i have marked the white spots, in another i have pur free image. From many years smal small white spots were there, from my childhood itself. But now i see there are some more white spots there and i have a preauricular node palpable on that sode of ear as well. Is this tinea versicolour or is it a fungal infection?
