My private parts will appear to be white  patches and sometimes it may look oily so i was applying daily moisturizer .could any one suggest how to keep private parts neatly Suggest any creams for better maintenance

1week ago My daughter 4yrs old  playing in  open area near trees after that she got rashes on right hand. We used deso soft and silasone ointment by docter advise. My baby girl is around 8 Months old. She often gets wounds inside her Ears. This was since her birth. It heals and again when she touches it, it starts to bleed. I trim her nails every now and then. I never touch it/clean it/use Ear Buds. I just wipe it once after her Bath. Do I have to worry? Do I have to take her to the Doc? Does it need cleaning? Attaching a Picture of it.
