I have these white spots on my chest,back,neck and cheeks...what are these basically?And I am taking homeopathic medicines since last 3 years but still the marks remain same as before...why I am getting these marks and reasons behind these?Is this disease curable?

I want to consult a doctor for my excessive hairfall and acne marks. But before that i want to take few tests and go for consultation. I had dengue 3 months back and I'm also having pcod. A doc told me to take tests for CBC, Vit B12, Vit D3, Fasting Thyroid profile and Ferritin level. But I couldn't visit that doc now. So I want to know if these tests are enough before consulting a doc?

I have many sebaceous Cyst but they are small in size and don't bother me. This one is swelled up , it is located on upper right chest. I applied a Belladonna Bandage to reduce the pain but it didn't work. I visited a doctor and he suggested me to Drain it with a surgery but i can't do it at this moment. What can I do to reduce the pain and swelling for the time being ?

Hello doctor..i had skin problem especially my forehead areas is very dark and black i can say while other part of my face is light..i never used any face cream for the past many years. I had skin issue like oily combination and open pore on the forhead. My skill look so dull,   and poor apperarance especially fore head area that are totally dark to compare to my face. I have acne prone dry sensitive skin. In my morning routine I use cetaphil cleanser, A derma ah duo Epithaliale cream as moistoriser... and sunscreeen(uv doux spf 50). In my pm routine I wash my face and use tretin(0.025) with a derma cream(mixing both). I want an affordable moistoriser option that I can use with tretin. A derma one is a bit expensive for me. Can I use bioderma etoderm moistoriser (normal to dry) with tretin? I read that bioderma has citric acid in it and I have read vitamin c and tretin don't go together. Please suggest me a affordable moistoriser to use with tretinoin...
