Is kz cream and nizral cream same? I was prescribed nizral cream which contains ketoconazole 2%. But i could find only kz cream which has 2% ketoconazole but it has some preservatives also. Can I use it instead of nizral?

I had a road rash 15 days ago and had skin abbrasion on my right hand and after treatment my skin has finally healed but now black pigmentation as shown in the picture attached has started to show.Is this normal will my skin come back to normal colour as before or will it turn total black like the pigmentation or do I have to apply something on it.
