I have been diagnosed with Lichen Planus, from last 4 years, It's increasing but doctor is not agreeing to the fact despite multiple appointments. Tired of medicine and applying cream spend close to 1 lack. Lost trust in Doctor

I understand the frustration. Can you attach pictures of all your lesions, the inner side of your mouth, palate, and your nails. Also, taking a detailed history, especially treatment history, is very important in LP.
Lichen planus is an autoimmune and is a chronic disorder. You may face recurrence of lesions even After complete treatment. It can be very frustrating but stress will exaggerate the issue more.
