Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Hi , I'm having small boils type cluster of rashes on my both hands what can be it , one is quite itchy attaching pic for reference.

I am 21 years old, my skin type is combination, acne prone & extremely sensitive. I am currently using d-wash creamy face wash and excela moisturizer. Recently i visited the doctor and he prescribed me the below mentioned medicines: 1) erytop n gel/glocin gel ( daily morning) 2) clinax A gel ( night) 3) Doxycycline & lactic acid bacillus capsules (20 days) 4) Mandisa face wash . . I was really confused about the face wash because the mandisa face wash contains active ingredients & my skin is sensitive too. So which face wash will be gentle and prevent oiliness too. I have already used Cetaphil oily cleanser but it doesn't suits me. I end up getting breakouts.

There are many black heads appearing on face. Is there a cream or ointment to reduce black heads pls suggest.

I have a habit of picking my skin. I pick Any bumps blisters, scabs, undergrowth and even my scalp. There are multiple places where my skin has scarred due to this reason. My wounds don't heal easily. Also it's painful later. I want to stop but I don't know how because at this point my hands automatically search for any spot I can pick.

I trimmed my armpits hair for the first time yesterday and its irritating me a lot a burning like sensation is there what should i do to relieve it

Last summer also I have effected with this heat rashes,again now I'm effected lactocalamine lotion is enough for this rashes is there any permanent solution.
