I have pcod since last 6 years, I have never faced acne issues in my teenage. I am 25 now. And I am facing acne issues it happens right before my periods and they are inflammatory acne. I have been eating healthy and clean. I use skin care products like retinol, gycolic acid toner, salicylic acid and hyaluronic acid. I don't think I'm using them too much. How do I control my acne problem. I take stress but it's not too much. Now I'm having stress of acne. I can't get rid of the acne marks as well. Please help

I get rashes too frequently, and have red skin almost all the time around the pubes + I have dark genitals, and want them lightened without any surgeries, if anyone can help please reply. I would love to get in contact with them

Had chickenpox on 24 May, got the antiviral course ( valacylovir), blisters had dried and shred off but having extreme tiredness and abdominal snd back pain. Is it due to recovery from chicken pox and how many days it take for complete recovery or is any other complication. Please guide.
