Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Hi doctor, my son who is 9 month old is facing hairloss all of a sudden.. Can see two bald patches behind ear. Plz suggest if there is any health issue or deficiency with baby. Photos attached

I'm suffering from chronic Urticaria from past 4 years and the symptoms used to come and go earlier but this time from past 2 weeks it has increased. I take Allegra 120g tablet once a day. (Every 24hrs once) but from 2 days there is severe pain in my hand finger joints and also sharp piercing kind of pain for 5 to 10 seconds every 2 hours around by chest region. Perticular area is upper stomach region. And rashes with itching and burning sensation is subdued to an extent and at night time it becomes more. Please suggest what should I do 🙏

I got a tattoo.. what're the things to do so that there's no issue of skin allergy . Someone told me it can also lead to skin cancer and I'm a bit worried.
