Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I am developing some extra skin on my cheeks, the doctor removed it once but it came again. Now some water-like element is coming from it and muscle pain around the area. I don't know if it is connected or not. What should i do next ?

Initially there is itching in private areas and now spreaded in full body (mainly lower body). When I lightly scratch the itching area my skin pilled off. Now because of this itch increases between leg fingers and skin become different like some open pimple open skin. Also on hand fingers there some waterry small small puffy pimples  like things . Hair fall is happening and dandruff also present. And also feeling lazy full day (My diet is very good) Please tell me the initial steps should be taken to treat these and please tell me what tests should I do?

I am a mother of 2.5 Month infant. ned to know The jock itch can be treated safely  in butt area without medicine being transmitting in the breast milk.

Itching right side of the head. Not always. Specially at night. What is reason? Have any medicine? I was hurted in and around right ear 4 year ago( no bleeding). Have any relation with this?
