Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I am having itching on both areola of both breast. During itching that area inflammed and urge of itching is More increased. It happens repeatedly. What to do?

Is moisturizer helps for men's skin care routine? 1) Physiogel moisturizer helps for oil and dry skin? 2) Is moisturizer mandatory for skin care routine? 3) Daily using physiogel moisturizer on my oily and dry skin helps to reduce black blemishes and make skin better? Can I continue Physiogel moisturizer lotion,is it good? Pls clarify sir/madam

Hi My lips often feels dry if i don't apply Vaseline or moisture it instantly after washing my mouth. The skin akin around my lips is turning white and sometimes it cracks and oozes of white liquid and gets red bumps... I consulted a doctor and he concluded it to be fungal infection. It got better for a while but it's recurring.. what should I do?

I have moderate scalp psoriasis and 20 nail psoriasis severely deformed means nail plate from nail bed till cuticle it's very painful I couldn't not tell anyone because my family is not taking serious about me and my disease. Till now I can't get rid of it at all by using all topical medicine. so now situated is my both hand thumb have pain  when I use it hurts a lot it's been few months ago it's started Also seldomly I got pain in my knee not much as my thumb have resist pain which is not going away. My scalp psoriasis build up very quickly in  cause very red ,inflamed and thick flakes I'm losing so much hairs too more than 100. Once doctor have prescribed disease modifying druge Methotrexate , saaz , apremilast, tofacitinumuab, I took for 3 months and had relief after I didn't take so disease come back since may I'm taking apremilast 10mg slowly increase the dose but i got headaches very badly so now I'm on 20mg apremilast once a day after food in the evening time. but no relief yet

I've stared having itchy scalp, it never happened to me earlier. There's also dandruff. And a bit lil but more hair fall than usual. I have very dry hair naturally. Could you suggest a good shampoo and conditioner for such hair type and this particular problem.

I got an infection in my eye and it caused swelling of my eyelid (like a big pimple covering my eye), antibiotics and hot fomentation resolved the issue. Then I Got slight inflammation on my nose tip. That became a big painful pimple (with big swelling) with continues puss formation. That again got resolved by prescribed antibiotics. Now again the is swelling on my right cheek near the eye. This appeared in about 10 days after the nose issue got resolved. Need a solution for this problem
