Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Please give reply to me it's really needed..🙏🙏 i have 20 nail Psoritic nail dystrophy and moderate scalp psoriasis without skin involved till now I'm taking vit d3 10k 𝙞𝙪 𝙙𝙖𝙞𝙡𝙮 and cod liver oil and multivitamin. Following right diet which r fruits and vegetables nut and seeds and avoid dairy nightshade and every processed foods After taking vit d I got some relief in my scalp flaking but nothing is working for my nails which leads to me toward depression. What I do Actually in my journey it started from one nails affected after that my scalp. Now I come off my all 20 nails. And now  finger joint pain are developing its hurt .. And topically I have Applied everything on my nails whatever doctor Recommended Now I'm getting pain in my knees and right hand thumb pain and become flexible like not able to work it's becoming serious day by day I want to take biologic but it's so expensive so how can I afford in India Please give some hope 🙏

Hello Dr., 1 month back I got red rashes & itching as like ant bite. 15 days did treatment homeopathy observed increasing in my entire body & start more itching so I had stopped it medicines & started allopathy. Dr. Given me Bilastine tablet 20 mg (2 weeks). Once complete course again started itching only no red rashes.Again I consult to other dermatologist. Recommended medicine: Bilastine & montelleukast tablet+ montelleukast sodium & levocetrizene.Its won't work medicines getting itching only in leg ( calf to ankle). As per dr. Advise did few test. I am attaching here my reports. Requesting you to please advise me good medicine & what should I avoid. Note: I am vegetarian,hardly taken outside food mostly prefer homemade food ,no stress & not taken more nuts. Unable to attached my blood test report. Thanks!

I religiously follow regular skincare that includes active ingredients. I have combination skin type. My concern is I'm having nodules on my cheeks. I treat it with Persol AC gel 2.5% but after healing one I get another. And I have very small whiteheads around my nose that look like open pores,but actually they're not. If I watch closely,these are tiniest bumps that are giving me textured look on my skin. I'm tired of applying actives,but no results at all..

I am having dandruff like dry flakes in scalp and itcy scalp. I have used Bonacure Scalp Genesis Anti-Dandruff Shampoo but still it is there. I am also using Tresemme conditioner after the shampoo
