Can lulican cream cause hypopigmentation? I had dry skin where I applied this cream and my skin got hypopigmented. Is this permanent? Is there any cure? Please suggest

I have itchy scalp small pimples on scalp and my neck and behind ear area also itchy from 3 days I am using candid powder still no help
