Today in practo doctors told me that your grandfather should not wear socks because he has intertigo between his toe . But My grandfather also has diabetes and you know for diabetic people wearing socks is very important. So he should wear socks or should not wear socks ? Because he has intertigo and also he has diabetes. So what he must do he must wear socks or not ?

I have all of sudden develeloped dry rough white patches on my both knees.. though i applied many moisturisers but nothing worked out.. pls tell me the possible cause of it and how to get rid of it .. those ugly patches make me feel embrassed specially when i wanted to have a short dress.. pls help
