Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

My friend has mild acne on her face. Currently she's using simple facewash. It doesn't make the skin dry. She has also tried dot and key salicylic acid and minimalist 2% salicylic and zinc face wash. The first one was okay but the second one made her skin more dry. She has dry acne prone skin. She does yoga. And eat clean most of the time. But yes she has anxiety disorder and has been taking medicines for the past 8 months. Do you think it's because of the medications or different skin care should be tried?

Please help. I'm 20 yrs old and have only skin (i guess) And I'm suffering from pimples (few are painful too). What should I do? I use ridacne facewash but i think it's not working. Other than that, I don't use anything in my face.
