Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I have been having these dicharge for a long time now and i am not sure if thats normal or something to worry about. The discharge comes with foul odour and i am now worried about it. And also the area of skin around my belly button itches.

A long time ago, I had an operation for fracture of my hand, so after the operation, there are stitch marks left on the skin of my hand, so please tell me the solution to remove them from the root or is there any cream by which the stitch marks can be removed from the root, please suggest.  because this makes me feel awkward.
