Hi myself Hema I have been suffering from a type of eczema for almost 15years initially till my 9th std I don't have this problem but after that only in winter season it came and went during summer season no itching
After few years it became permanent in legs but no itching
Can anyone please say whether it is due to dry skin or eczema?? Still now I don't have itching
