I had hiv1 /2 & p24 antigen combo test after at 23 rd day which came negative with index 0.22, but I have developed small pink spots on hand and also tongue is turned white, I had CBC ESR my WBC count is decreased but in normal range also Neutrophile range is decreased below normal, what are the chances of contracting hiv.

Its been 45 days post exposure and planing for tridot hiv test what is accuracy at that time my duo ag/ab was negative on 28 day index value .298 Is tri dot 4 generation test ?

I recently had test for total testosterone blood test( morning) , results were 642ng/dl total testosterone and 36ng/dl prolactin. Is this serious problem? Is my testosterone level in normal range?
