I've tested non reactive with 4th gen HIV antibody P24 combo test after possible exposure (person with unknown HIV status) on 29th day. Should I be worried for 45 day test and so on ?

Hello. I was suffering from Ed a few years back. My urologist gave me tadalafil for 3 months, pari cr and confido for pe  for two months and nano Leo for one month. It worked for sometime But the problem started again. After a month i visited another doctor So another doctor told me to take xinin for 45 days and prodep. This also worked for sometime but again the same problem started. After that i stopped everything. Now after 3 years i am having the same issue How to overcome this?

I have taken pcr and 4th generation at 90 days , it came back negatjve , Should i need to repeat test at 180 days ? Kindly respond .

I had phimosis, I got circumcised using ZSR on 3rd October. Operation went well however my glans area is so sensitive, I can't even touch it or put underwear without using cotton and lignocaine. My glans is exposed for first time and the pain is unbearable, feels like sting. Currently I am only applying neosporin tube while putting cotton. How much days it will take to subside, and when will my glans get keratinized? Suggest any better cream for quicker recovery.
