His hiv rapid antibody test(result came after 2 hours) at 82 days is non reactive. Is it conclusive?

I am hiv negative and I did this test after 6 months of infection. What does this test report mean? I am confused this report because here showing viral load< 100 and in comments it is mentioned that HIV RNA is not detected. Please clear it to me.

I have been detect that I have vdrl reactive on March and immediately ok start the treatment which is 3 weeks of pennicilin injection and after 4 months j test again and it shows increasing triple from what they have detect before. So I have repeat the injection again and 3 weeks completed what I want to is even I have been treated why it is still increase and it make me anxious.
